I can't figure out how to do the following: I run Fuego behind a proxy. Do I have fuego.WithAddr("0.0.0.0:8080") but my server of course has a real hostname like https://www.example.com .. the API spec now lists 0.0.0.0:8080 - how do I make that reflect my actual externally visible hostname?
