bug: Jan auto downloads updates without permission (drained 1.2GB)

**Version:** e.g. 0.5.17

## Describe the Bug
Jan download the update, without any permission.
I Just installed it past month, and used for some minutes
now i see it downloaded the update without any question

## Steps to Reproduce
1. Just Install Jan
