In my oppinion problem with current coco could be with mingw install dir - choco would like to install mingw into c:\tools\mingw64 folder while on 32 bit win there should be c:\tools\mingw32 Now I have 2 machines with working sming - win7 32 and 64 bit and old, 2.1.5 method placed mingw into c:\tools\mingw32 folder while I am not sure but there is no mingw32 folder with current choco.
I decided to try to install sming on new VM with current choco. In a few hour I should have logs.
