We are excited to announce we are piloting a new, AI-enabled software engineer coding interview to reflect the evolving role of software engineers and how the job is changing. As a tech company, our engineers use AI coding assistants in their day-to-day work to solve complex, real-world problems, so it’s important that our interviews reflect our current and evolving working environment. 🤔 What does this mean for candidates?  If you’re part of the pilot group, you are encouraged to leverage authorized AI tools during your coding interview. It’s not “cheating,” it’s how the job is evolving. This approach allows you to brainstorm, iterate and solve problems in a way that’s closer to real-world engineering at Meta. Proud to share Meta’s latest network infrastructure announcements from the 2025 OCP Global Summit! At Meta, we believe that open hardware and collaborative innovation are key to building the next generation of AI-ready data centers. This year, our team has announced: ➡️ The evolution of our Disaggregated Scheduled Fabric (DSF), now supporting building-scale, non-blocking fabrics for large AI clusters. ➡️ Our new Non-Scheduled Fabric (NSF) architecture, leveraging shallow-buffer 51T Ethernet switches to drive lower latency and higher performance for our largest gigawatt-scale clusters. ➡️ The launch of Minipack3N, a 51.2 Tbps switch based on NVIDIA Spectrum-4, and new optics for 400G/800G interconnects. ➡️ Meta’s role as a founding participant in the Ethernet for Scale-Up Networking (ESUN) initiative, working with industry leaders to advance open standards for AI networking.
