When asking for http://bugs.darcs.net/foo you get the python traceback.  
You probably want to turn PythonDebug off when not debugging the bug 
tracker.

It depends on how is Roundup deployed. "PythonDebug Off" is a directive 
understood by Apache's mod_python, if that's relevant. Not sure about 
other cases.
