Responsible for the financial integration of a newly acquired subsidiaries, Acmeo GmbH and Net-Point AG.

Complete redesign of the group chart of accounts for preparation of implementing the financial consolidation tool Tagetik.

- Setup of the group chart of accounts based on IFRS / Swiss GAAP
- Mapping of all subsidiaries to group chart of account

Completed in August 2017, as part of the Tagetik Consolidation project.

Preparation of the required group financial data required within the due diligence process related to the investment by HIG Capital in the Infinigate Group.
