    🌍 How Justus built his freelance recruiting career as a digital nomad When Justus Windwehr decided to go freelance, he wanted two things: impact and independence. Today, he’s made three hires in his first few months on juucy — all while working remotely from wherever he wants. “The start was definitely very good. I had my first call, got a quick walkthrough of how everything works — and made my first hire in the very first month.” From his laptop — wherever he happens to be — Justus manages multiple roles, chats directly with clients through our platform, and always knows where each candidate stands in the process. His advice to new recruiters: Be patient. Submit several candidates per position and keep multiple searches open — results will follow.
