The LLC Living Leadership (LL) Award recognizes groups, organizations, companies, and individuals who have been an exemplar of leadership and fortitude within the greater kink community.

The LL Award provides the opportunity for LLC, affiliated groups, previously awarded entities, and community members to recognize those who best exemplify and extol the qualities of equality, positive community and cultural influence, superior foresight in stance, and/or has endured ignominy because of their support for our community.

People and groups, both large and small, have their influence and effect on our lives go unnoticed. This award seeks to change that by bringing recognition to the achievements made so that others may become inspired to continue to make positive change in their own communities. This is one humble and small part the LLC may play in elevating their story and times to prominence and to allow us all to understand leadership as an essence we might all aspire to.

The Leather Leadership Conference is always seeking input for this award. If you or someone you know has an idea of any individual or entity deserving of such acclaim based in the virtues listed above, please submit an application by filling out as detailed information as possible so that we may make an appropriate determination.
