Les Collines-de-l'Outaouais (French for "The hills of the Outaouais") is a regional county municipality in the Outaouais region of western Quebec, Canada. Its administrative seat is in Chelsea. The RCM was created in January 1991 when the Communaut� r�gionale de l'Outaouais (Outaouais Regional Community) was split into Les Collines-de-l'Outaouais RCM and the Communaut� urbaine de l'Outaouais (Outaouais Urban Community, now City of Gatineau).

Logos

I haven't found any picture of the "colored flag with logo" previously reported. Here is the former logo attached for the record:

In 2017, a new graphic chart and a new logo were adopted. The flag proposed in the graphic chart by the Trinergie agency is green (with a pattern inspired from the logo) over white, with a separation in the shape of hills, and with the logo in the white part; it can be seen here:

Police Service

The flag of the police service of the RCM Les Collines-de-l'Outaouais is white with the emblem of the police force and below, on green and golden lines, the motto "Servons et prot�geons ensemble!" (let's serve and protect together!)
