CDK incompatibility: recovery logic gets skipped when using CDK #634
Description
CDK does not conform the NUT-00 error definition, so cashu-ts throws an HttpResponseError rather than a MintOperationError. This means we never try to restore even if we should be able to because we don't catch the correct error
