You need the original game assets to run this. Make a path to Civ2 folder in appsettings.json. Download the .NET 6.0 SDK.

Folders:

• Engine = the Civ2 logic code
• EtoFormsUI = user interface with Eto Forms (for Win/Linux/Mac)
