Resolves the following issues:

• #30 (applications would not re-sign properly if re-signed within the 7-day window)
• Re-signs would re-occur until the 7-day window is passed

Also included in this release:

• Automatic queuing of re-signs if the device is locked
• Added various safety checks on installation
• Added UI indicator in-app of a re-sign’s progress

Fixes:

Issues #10, #11 and also ensures installation failures are not silent.
