Brief Description of Enhancement *

Many times I have wished I could go back and check an old log, or accidentally lost one while trying to repro an issue. I am requesting we add an option to have megamek append a time/date to the megamek.log (and mekHQ.log and megameklab.log) so that a new one is generated for each session instead of overwriting the old one.
