I noticed that after the unit test updates regarding the generated users for MerginApiTests, either or both linux and macOS CI actions fail upon running the unit tests. The most common failure occurred in MerginApiTests, and the TestLinks.

Solution: add a prefix for the users' username, email and workspace based on the platform by using #ifdefs
