  1. New v4.9 branch, including Willy Tarreau DTS modifications 

    Willy Tarreau generated a lot of patches when trying to get the best
possible performances from RK3288 MiQi devices, using 4.9 kernels.

Also included the Unified Memory Provider and activated DMA fences in
the Mali driver. Thanks to this, performances with DRM and Wayland are
now top-notch !

  2. Fix the download of the configuration in the shell script. 

    Also modified the README to provide more informations about the current
status of the Mali drivers integration and inform about Willy Tarreau's
patches, and how to get more informations about these patches.
