Provide a 'Configure' menu item and dialog to allow setting the configuration options. Currently, the options must be set using Configure.py (or command shortcuts).

It would be nice if the configure dialog had the ability to show all of the system/Python information that Configure.py allows. With that, 'Configure' wouldn't need to be packaged in the bundle - making the bundle build process much simpler.
