The example was fl-sync queuing and depending on target-helper jobs. Jobs should record a reference to the job within the resources it is watching to queue. Then, this breadcrumb could be observed and awaited on by the parent job so that it may be informed both on job creation and job completion. For example, fl-sync watches the target job updates to send specific messages back to FL, but also watches for job completion to continue processing things.
