I was reviewing some of the various included models as well as the general benchmarking toolset and wasn't clear on licensing information. I see there are a few files that have Apache 2.0 licensing, one that utilizes GPLv3, and the MTAD toolkit itself doesn't appear to have any license information.

Could this license information be clarified and added to the repo?
