In my experience, it never happens to the game itself, but other programs will begin to face this issue if I have a game open in the background. Sometimes, though, I am barely using any resources, and this still happens. I noticed that my browser using hardware acceleration will cause the lines on some pages to shift when scrolling. |

I've been using Atlas OS for about 2 years now, same dedicated GPU. Before that, I had normal W10 and W11 installs, and I never had this issue. The problem has always been that whenever the GPU is under load and I open any browser or idk, spotify or anything that uses gpu acceleration, the window appears frozen or shows old content like part of the screen just doesnβt update sometimes but the mouse still works and I can click or scroll normally. It only refreshes if I resize the window or force it somehow. It also happens randomly without gaming, just less often. Sometimes disabling hardware acceleration in browsers or apps fixes it i think. I also noticed the uxsms service doesnβt exist, so maybe Atlas removed something related to desktop composition or rendering. If anyone has any idea what might be causing this or how to fix it without reinstalling or going back to a w11 install, Iβd appreciate it.
