Hello author, I would like to ask why, when running the example using REDItools 2.0, the output results show that the strand is always 2 (unknown strand). My parameters are -g chr21 -T 2. When I run my own dataset，my parameters are -S -T 2 -s 0 -q 255 -C, the strand is also always unknown.
