Update Website UI.

First part:

Updating Html file.

• Add time to the page.
• Update ids and class names.
• Update Html page: add a function that makes date and time automatically output.

Second part:

Create New CSS file.

This is a nice step to organizing the project to staling the main html file

• Update Background Color from white to Black.
• Update colors.
• update font body font from date to Archivo.
• update title fonts.
