Easy access to OM@nyears and OM@proyears in the Data object that is sent to the MP #111

Its always a hack like
nyears = match(Data@LHYear, Data@Year)
proyears = dim(Data@Misc$ReferencePoints$ByYear$BMSY)[2] - nyears
would be nice to have these in the Misc slot directly!
