This is a python module under development by the Jinfeng Zhang lab group at the Department of Statistics at the Florida State University (FSU).

This module downloads and creates datasets for use in deep learning. This is used in conjunction with Protein-Protein Interaction (PPI) data, Gene-Protein Interaction (GPI) data, etc.

To run, use:

$ ipython -i -m cpi [args]

where [args] is any of

• makeCpiDic -- create CPI dictionary
• loadCpiDic -- load CPI dictionary
• makeCidSynsDic -- create CID synonyms dictionary
• loadCidSynsDic -- load the CID synonyms dictionary
