Map robustifying #193
Description
- Region map breaks mobile layout in Onboarding flow, probably a bootstrap issue (RegionMap works in Interest-tab)
- Map topodata is now as static json file, should add it to some kind of docker/build/automated process. Check the process from https://github.com/terotic/hel-simple-maps
- RegionMap now allows adding same Region to the list, add on/off toggle
