Describe the issue you are having

When the status bar indicates a non-default state (⎕SI:=something on the stack, ⎕IO: non-default ⎕IO, etc.) it does so using #7688d9 which has less contrast than the neutral colour, especially when using a light theme. It should use a much more attention-seeking colour, e.g. bright red light the Windows IDE
