Implement Secret Service Portal #8

@Fingel

Description

@Fingel

Currently Gelly uses dbus-secret-service to store the Jellyfin API token after authentication. This works, but requires the talk-name=org.freedesktop.secrets Flatpak permission to access the system's secret service over dbus. This creates two issues:

  1. The app is considered "Potentially unsafe"
  2. The app might not even be able to connect to the secret service at all, such in the case of Doesn't connect #6

Ideally there would be a crate to help with this. I found oo7 but it seems overly complex, and introduces a ton of dependencies. I haven't found any alternatives.
