I have been recently trying to use the different files as input for GOMCL.py. I tried .xls output from GOrilla, custom .csv (with 2 columns according to your recommendations). The script runs on them but gives 0 clusters without an error.

Unfortunately, only .bgo format works for me for now, and I am not really satisfied with the BiNGO results.
Is it a parsing problem or...? Maybe you could look into this issue or further specify the input format in the documentation.
