zynqmp: apu_ctrl: Detect Wrong WFI-out State on Self-suspend

This is a temporary workaround to address invalid wfi-out state when
ZynqMP ATF carries out the self-suspend sequence.

This workaround will be reverted as soon as the root-cause of wrong
wfi-out state is identified and fixed.

xilinx-lpd-slcr: Show fake acknowledgement status for aib requests

AIB(axi isolation block) is not modelled in qemu, so just show dummy
acknowledgement on axi & apb isolation requests.
