Deployment to Raspberry Pi should be refactored.

At the moment, this can be completely covered by installing a regular 64 bit R-Pi image, with SSH key pairs and Wi-Fi configuration, following by building Ekos and related dependencies and device drivers from source. 32 bit images may be able to use available packages, but the deployment script can handle necessary builds and should be preferred.
