Labeled Data for text Classification

Instructions: Option One 1. Simply replace APP_KEY and APP_SECRET in install.py on line 25 and 26 2. Run the script and it would download the labeled data

Option Two 1. Change the value of 3600 to 125 on line 116 2. Comment out line 133 to 135 3. Uncomment line 131 and 132 4. Run the script and it would download the labeled data

Note that the second method takes longer about 42 hours
