I Want That

Developed for QHacks 2019

A web application that takes in a picture of a pet, identifies the breed using computer vision, and scrapes Kijiji for listings advertising the breed.

Using Node.js, Express.js, and the Google Cloud Vision API.

Project Manager & Full Stack: Kyle Meade (Queen's 2022)

Frontend Engineer: Tobias Carryer (Queen's 2022)

Backend Engineer: Fangyu Wu (Waterloo 2021)

UI/UX Designer: Eduard Varshavsky (Queen's 2022)

Error: The app crashes if kijiji returns no results for a certain breed, passing an empty object into the "results" view, and crashing the app. I learned this after devpost was due, but didnt deploy a fix to follow hackathon rules -Kyle
