Base image nvidia/cuda:10.2-base no longer exists on dockerhub so it is impossible to build the mutmnt image.

(When modifying dockerfile with a more recent image like 12.2.0-base-ubuntu20.04 the build process still fails somewhere in the install scripts, so more changes are needed.)
