Hello everyone,

I obtained HR-TEM and STEM images, and I am struggling to generate simulated images using Qstem. I tried the examples folder, e.g., Al and ZnO; however, when I display the results, the images look the same for Al and ZnO. Can you help me to overcome this? Your response and help will be much appreciated
