Description
#12764 fixed the issues pointed out by Cppcheck 1.82 but more issues are flagged when using Cppcheck 1.89 (bot used by the CI right now).
Steps to reproduce the issue
Run ./dist/tools/cppcheck/check.sh with Cppcheck 1.89.
Expected results
No erros
