Description

The frdm-k22f seems to be failing some flashpage tests.
As per my findings this problem exists in master.

Steps to reproduce the issue

BOARD=frdm-k22f make flash test -C tests/periph_flashpage

Expected results

Test passes

Actual results

Test fails with

> test_last_raw
