[Bug]: No borders around Speech entries in Edit Token #5814

Description

@taustinoc

Describe the Bug

When the Edit Token window is opened, the list of Speech entries has a blank line just under the column headers, but it is invisible because there are no borders around it like there are around Properties. This is somewhat confusing, as there is no obvious way to add speech entries.

To Reproduce

  1. On a blank map, drop a new token.
  2. On the Basic tab (1.18) or Speech tab (previous versions), examine the grid with entries for Speech. There are two column headers, ID and Speech Text, with a blank box underneath, even though there is a blank line that can be opened by Tab-ing to it or double clicking on it.
  3. Compares to the Properties tab, where each line has faint borders around it.
  4. Even after entering a line, there is still no border around the cells in the grid.

Expected Behaviour

Existing lines should have a faint border around them to indicate their existence the way that the list of Properties does.
