Description
- NHR@FAU Gitlab CI: Switch to node-local builds due to OS mismatches between build hosts and test hosts
- NHR@FAU Gitlab CI: Set longer timeouts for hosts where job(s) have started after the child pipeline was generated
- NHR@FAU Gitlab CI: Check notification back to Github, maybe API key expired
- NHR@FAU Gitlab CI: Generate architecture tests only once per architecture type, not per node
- NHR@FAU Gitlab CI: Add child pipeline for AMD ROCm testing
- Github Action: Mark release as pre-release if it matches
