When multiple companies that have bridge rights form the CGR, the CGR ends up with multiple copies of the right, and gets the bonus multiple times per run. Per the rules, the CGR will have the right if any forming companies have the right. The CGR should only get one copy of the right if many forming companies have it, but as it stands, the CGR can get a $20 bonus (or more) for the Bridge. I assume this is also true of the Tunnel, though I haven't tested it. Issue found in 2.0-rc3. Example game file attached.
