This solution was creatd by Rimgaudas Mazulis as home assignment for 4Team interview It uses Redis cache and on my machine it was setup as a windows service on localhost:6379

Possible improvements :

put host and port number in configuration file to be accessed by Configurations manager. add security add docker file
