Release Automation #3537

@eXpl0it3r

Description

@eXpl0it3r

The full release process is currently holding back a higher cadence in SFML releases, because it's a lot of tedious work and basically just @eXpl0it3r doing the work, thus the bottleneck doubles. Various attempts have been made to automate this in the past, but it was never fully executed. Seeing the backlog for SFML 3.x slowly filling up, it becomes apparently, that if we want to be faster in creating SFML releases, some of the work needs to be automated.

This issue collects ideas, issues and PRs for release automation in one place.
