Many t.co URLs are no longer expanding properly when using urlexpander:

>>> import urlexpander
>>> urlexpander.expand("https://t.co/lbopTtfmJG")
'http://twitter.com/__CLIENT_ERROR__'

Do you know why it's giving me __CLIENT_ERROR__?
