I've had runs proceeding for both VHH and scFV design against the example PDL1 structure according to the default repo settings. Every single candidate is getting rejected on the external_i_pae_filter. At this point >200 rejections in the redesign_candidates folder. While the other filters variably pass/fail as expected, the fact that everything is failing this filter raises the question if there is issue with how it is being calculated/if it is silently failing.

Both of these runs have proceeded for >12 hours on an H100 without yielding an accepted design.
