Describe the bug

The MySQL driver for Qt is not being built when building SEGS. This means that SEGSAdmin can not access the MySQL db server in the settings.cfg file, to create new databases, accounts or any other functions on the MySQL server needed by SEGS.

To Reproduce

Checking the Local Qt install sql drivers folder, we currently only see the the SQLite and PostGresque SQL drivers.

Expected behavior

MySQL drivers should be built when SEGS is built.
