- A LOT of compiling happens the first time the script is run… Almost feels like the conda environment could have been configured differently. But eventually everything is fine!
- Is it possible to incorporate the info of the PCA (simply the name of the input file would be helpful) to the names of the exported plots (PDF) and coordinates (txt)?
