Description
Tribler 8.2.3 Build 179, after installing this Tribler build (updating from Tribler_8.0.7) and with no active torrents I went to Settings and this error message appeared...

can't access property "join", B.urls is undefined

The GUI crashed beyond repair. Please report the error and refresh the page.
Refreshing the page did not do anything, red error banner was still visible. I had to press the browser back button to go to the Downloads page, and then refresh to remove the banner.
Going back to the Settings menu recreated the GUI crash error message.
Checking the debug logs I can see references from when I tried to access Settings and refresh the page.
