where attached is referencing the updated epa304a table filled out in TADA format:
"The TADA team is working on reviewing and adding this template (attached) to the TADA Community Hub along with the R8 state and tribal templates and/or the EPATADA R package (not sure which one yet), so we can leverage it when epa304a = TRUE in TADA_DefineCriteriaMethodology(). Right now, the function brings in some information from the CST when epa304a = TRUE but not all the methods information that is attached yet." (Cristina)
