This now supports new endpoints and data versions!! This upgrade is necessary to improve performance, ensure reliability, and increase capacity. EPA webpage and documentation updates to follow, but we can begin ctxR updates. We may continue to use the v1.0 of CTX APIs on cloud.gov host server until it is decommissioned (TBD)
