Changes

• Some minor metadata edits
• A slight edit to guidelines, hopefully helping resolve jitter
• The Android build is no-longer broken (oops)

VRChat's recently announced they're doing a major overhaul of what networking is possible (payloads with network events!). This prefab WILL be updated to take advantage of the new functionality (if appropriate) given there's still no news on Soba.
