Hdl21 PR dan-fritchman/Hdl21#219 more or less moved to flit as the tool for building, publishing, etc of Python stuff.

VLSIR isn't quite there yet. Particularly our "workspace manger" script which does publication. This would not be rocket science to port over, but hasn't happened.
