fail in building ffmpeg with stb option off #436
Description
Building wolf fails in the following condition:
WOLF_MEDIA_FFMPEGisONWOLF_MEDIA_STBisOFF
All functions needed to be declared in w_av_frame.hpp file and the required options (such as WOLF_MEDIA_STB) all should be checked in the w_av_frame.cpp.
